Victor is nestled near the Palisades Range and is the perfect location for the commuter traveling to Jackson, Wyoming. Driggs, the County Seat is located in the center of the Teton Valley and offers pedestrian-friendly shopping, an airport, and also the Teton Valley Hospital and Surgicenter. Tetonia boasts outstanding Teton Views, as well as the bulk of agricultural land in Teton Valley.
With two commercial airports within an hour, getting to this amazing area has never been easier. Although the real estate market in this area has been very strong for the last two years, we currently experiencing a slower period in the market; making real estate more affordable than it has been for several years. This change in the market will put our pricing within range of the average buyer, and potentially turn into great appreciation in the coming years, as the market returns to its prior vitality.
